Kim began mediating in 1998, with a focus on complex construction and business litigation.
He then took a hiatus to build two law firms with local roots, but regional clientele. He returned to solo-practice in 2012. Since, he's renewed his passion for mediation, and attended the prestigious Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law.
Kim's career began as a Prosecuting Attorney, and evolved into a litigation practice with a principal focus on construction, real property, and business law. Along the way, Kim has been General Counsel in the power, construction, and information technology industries with a broad business background.
Kim has obtained the highest peer rating of AV Preeminent (Martindale-Hubbell), Kim is admitted to the Bar of the Idaho State Courts, Idaho Federal Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Claims.
